Living it up in gay Paris It was a chilly night here in gay Paris, but we had an absolute ball filming right in the middle of the Place de la Concorde. When you make it to the City of Lights you absolutely must check out the light show at the Eiffel Tower. Every hour on the hour the tower sparkles like the most amazing Christmas tree you've ever seen. We set up a shot so you could take a look on one of our cuts to the show this morning, but wouldn't ya know it — the lights cut out the minute we went to air! Oh well, you'll have to take my word for it!

Where-the-halla is everyone? Walhalla is just a couple of hours' drive from Melbs, and well worth the distance. At its peak during the gold rush days the town was home to about 2,500 people. That's not counting the 1,100 people in the cemetery ... spooky!

Soiling oneself on the Sunshine Coast

We're in the Sunshine Coast to spend the day with the sensational people at Murray Pike's Pineapple Farm. Did you know that quite often a green pineapple is actually ripe? The fruit actually ripens from the inside out, so don't judge a book by its colour when it comes to your family fruit bowl! We also learned that pineapples take about two years to grow, and nearly 100% of all the pineapples in Oz are grown right here in sunny Queensland.

Bees, bikes and the boogie man G'day, everyone. This morning we spent some time in beautiful Beechworth, Victoria. As you know we certainly get around on our show, but I have to say I haven't been to a place with more interesting, totally different sides to it than right here.

Caulfield Cup time G'day from a wet and windy Melbourne, everyone. I'm not in charge of this weather, I'm just reporting it, but let me tell you something — despite the drizzle temperatures on the race track are rising this morning ... as I was joined by a bunch of lovely leggie ladies here to teach me about fashions on the field.

Monster Skatepark This morning I let my inner hoon out (and relived some glory days from back in my youth) at Monster Skatepark. It's got more bells and whistles (and jumps, ramps and terrifying turns) than any other skate park in the Southern Hemisphere, and it's open during these school holidays.
